I have only been meditating since last Oct, but I can tell you it makes a big difference. I feel calmer, clearer and funnier…it’s true. Try it and tell me what you think. You can borrow my method. When your alarm clock goes off hit the ten minute snooze button. (I haven’t gone pro yet, so I stick to ten minutes, but you can go longer or shorter) You stack your pillows and sit up against your headboard. Breathe in and out through your nose.
