For me this is definitely chair pose. Ugh. I love to hike so my quads get tight and it seems like the days they are especially so the teacher puts us in twisted chair for an eternity. (Which is probably really only 30 seconds hahaha) However, like most things that are challenging I know twisted chair is really good for me.
